Do you want to join us in bringing a new, innovative, and high-profile wind installation vessel to market, communicating daily about this advanced technology? Do you have the skills and drive to support an ambitious fleet expansion of next-generation vessels, ready for the future of offshore wind installation?

Then this might be your chance! We are looking for a new Operational Sales Manager to take the lead in our commercial tracks. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the Commercial team during all stages of tender work, ensuring that our first vessel will be installing many offshore windfarms starting in 2026. And we are planning to build more! From pioneering new designs to enhanced conventional assets, Maersk Offshore Wind is developing a top-tier fleet of fit-for-purpose vessels, with a portfolio of installation solutions that can enable tailored delivery to offshore wind farms anywhere in the world.

What We Offer
This is not just any job. Responsibilities include reviewing the scope of work and providing operational input to method statements, cost estimates, project schedules, deck layouts, and vessel operations planning and follow up the proposal with clarifications and handover to operation team.

Besides the tender activity there will be business development work where you will work with the Commercial team to develop, mature and bring new products to the market.
